YouTube Premiere: Celebrating 30 years of Pride and Prejudice
Jane Austen's House and De Montfort University are delighted to present an exclusive YouTube Premiere of "Celebrating 30 years of Pride and Prejudice: Andrew Davies and Susie Conklin in conversation", filmed earlier this year in the Drawing Room at Jane Austen's House. This delightful hour-long film reunites the legendary Screenwriter Andrew Davies with Script Editor Susie Conklin as they reminisce about the making of the beloved 1995 BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice.
Recorded in the beautiful and intimate surroundings of Jane Austen’s House, the film also includes leading cast-members Crispin Bonham-Carter and Susannah Harker who join the live audience and share their happy memories of the production.
