We welcome the media at Jane Austen's House and are very happy to accommodate journalists. Press Visits and Interviews
We are very happy to accommodate pre-booked press visits. Interviews with the Director and the Curator can be arranged. Both interviews and press visits must be booked in advance. We also have a selection of free images available to accompany press features.
Filming and Photography
Photography and filming inside the House are generally only possible outside of our opening hours. All filming and professional photography must be arranged with us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse permission to film or photograph at the House, particularly where prior consent has not been sought.
Image Requests
All images on our website are copyright Jane Austenās House and must not be reproduced without permission. Free images are available to accompany press features.
We welcome image requests from publishers, students and researchers. For commercial use, image use fees may apply. An Image Use Agreement outlining the agreed terms of use is issued to all parties who receive our images.
