If you have any complaints or issues:

Jane Austen’s House welcomes and values all feedback, comment and suggestions.  We aim to resolve any issues or complaints promptly and appropriately.  Where appropriate we will put in place improvements to prevent reoccurrence.

If you have a complaint relating to your visit, please inform us straight away on site by contacting any volunteer or member of staff.  We will do our best to resolve the problem at once.

Alternatively, please contact us via email enquiries@janeaustens.house or by writing to Jane Austen’s House, Winchester Road, Chawton, Hampshire, GU34 1SD.  We will acknowledge receipt as soon as possible and seek to resolve the problem within ten working days.
