Emma
Join us for a unique guided tour of Jane Austen’s House. Walking in Jane’s footsteps, you’ll discover the rooms where Emma was written and learn about her inspirations for the novel.
This unique tour of the House will reveal new aspects of this beloved novel, told by an expert guide, using the House itself and objects from the collection to set the scene.
This is a unique opportunity to enjoy, examine and discuss Emma with Museum staff and fellow Jane Austen enthusiasts – and to indulge our love of the well-meaning but misguided heroine of whom Jane Austen famously declared ‘no one but myself will much like.’
As part of a small group, enjoy exclusive access to Jane Austen’s House after hours, with plenty of time to chat and ask questions of our knowledgeable guide.
